Refund Policy

The Revenue Bar Association (RBA) is committed to maintaining transparency in all financial transactions related to event registrations, seminars, and memberships. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making any payments.

1. General Policy – No Refunds
  • All payments made to the Revenue Bar Association (RBA), including those for event registrations, seminars, workshops, or memberships, are non-refundable.
2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

a. Duplicate Payments
  • If a payment is made more than once for the same transaction, a refund for the duplicate amount may be issued.
  • Requests must be submitted within 15 days of the payment date and must include valid proof of duplicate payment.
b. Event Cancellation (Without Reschedule)
  • If an event is cancelled without being rescheduled, registered participants will be given the option of:
  • A full refund, or
  • Credit toward a future RBA event.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued if an event is rescheduled, regardless of the participant’s availability.

3. Membership Fees
  • Membership fees are strictly non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors during the transaction, as stated above.
4. Non-Refundable Items
  • Payments made for downloadable materials, event recordings, or digital publications are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Any third-party transaction charges, bank fees, or payment gateway service fees are non-refundable.
5. Method of Refund
  • Approved refunds (under the above exceptions) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
  • RBA is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible exceptions, please email us at revenuebar@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Information
  • Transaction/Reference ID
  • Date of Payment
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Proof of Duplicate Payment (if applicable)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and keep you informed on the status of your refund.
